Prices are quoted in US Dollars per week and are exclusive of 10% service charge and tourist tax at USD 5.50 per person per night (does not apply to children under 13). There is a 20% surcharge on these rates in the period 15 December to 10 January.
The following services are included:
- Arrival transfer from Bonaire Airport
- Breakfast supplies on the day of arrivalGas, water and electricity
- Cleaning and a change of bed linen twice a week
- Cleaning of the swimming pool once a week
- Wireless internet
- Local telephone calls
- Services of the property manager
On arrival a damage deposit of USD1000 is payable by credit card.
Additionally, the Bonaire Oceanfront Villas Team is available to assist you in making restaurant, car rental, diving and other reservations.
Payment and Cancellation Conditions
A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable within 7 days of booking.
The remaining 80% must be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival. No reminder will be sent as amounts for payment and due dates are clearly set out in the confirmation letter you will when booking.
50% of the total rental fee and 100% of the tourist tax will be refunded for cancellations received in writing (by fax or email) up to 5 weeks before arrival date.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard only)
