For me, Bonaire is the picture you see when you close your eyes and dream of the Caribbean. I lost my heart to the Island during another building project there.  It’s a Dutch Island, unspoiled but still ‘’honky tonk’’. There are no traffic lights, there’s one roundabout and that’s about it!
